How ethical is GOOSE?
We aspire to be as ethical and transparent as we can. We use an ethical factory in Indonesia to manufacture our pieces where the workers are paid fairly in a good working environment. We use a sustainable fabric blend called silk tencel and we are constantly striving to find new, innovative fabrics to create beautiful pieces from. All of our packaging is recyclable and plastic free.
How do I care for my pieces?
Due to the delicate nature of our fabric, we recommend that you treat your GOOSE the label pieces with the utmost care and respect. We've put a lot of love into creating this collection, so please treat them as special as we hope they make you feel.
We advise to hand wash in cold water and simply hang to dry.
How do I know which size to get?
Our sizing currently ranges from UK 4-12, please see our sizing chart for more info. If you're not sure then we would always recommend going a size up just in case but feel free to email us at info@goosethelabel if you're still not sure!
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please email us at info@goosethelabel with your order number and let us know that you wish to cancel your order and we will take care of the rest!
How do I check the status of my order?
Once we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number.
I’ve placed my order, when will it ship?
We aim to have all orders processed within 2-3 business days and once your order has been processed you will receive an update with your shipping info and tracking number.
When will I receive my order once it has been shipped?
If your order has been placed in the UK, your order should be with you in 2-3 days.
If your order requires international shipping, then we aim to have your order in your hands within 5-7 days from postage but we cannot be held liable for any delays at customs in your country.

Do you ship worldwide?
We certainly do and we offer free shipping worldwide on all orders over £250!
